ED Feedback is a local initiative at Peninsula Health designed to support education, training, and quality improvement within the Frankston and Rosebud Emergency Departments.
Our aim is to provide a central entry point for interns, HMOs, registrars, and consultants to submit and access structured feedback and assessment forms. This system helps ensure continuous improvement in patient care and supports the professional growth of junior doctors.
Each staff group has its own dedicated subdomain
(for example: frankston-interns.edfeedback.com.au).
These subdomains link directly to feedback and assessment forms hosted on
Jotform.
Forms are simple to complete, and submissions are accessible to supervisors and education staff for follow-up, mentoring, and quality improvement.
